Do I need to book an activity in advance?

Yes, we recommend that you always book your activity in advance. Simply click on the link below to view our schedule and book your activity with us today.

What gear do I need?

Hill running - All you need is your standard running gear but be sure to include trail running shoes. These are shoes with extra grip especially designed for hill running. In winter always include a rain proof jacket as well as water for hydration. A towel and change of clothes for afterwards is also important.


Hill walking - A good pair of boots is essential along with warm and waterproof clothing. In winter always bring a hat, gloves & scarf/neck cowl. Small snack and water are also necessary. Always bring a dry change of clothes for afterwards. Check out our video on the Gear/Tech page.

How fit do I need to be?

A moderate level of fitness is required. However, all our hikes and runs cater for most levels of fitness. Your guide will assess your fitness and tailor the activity accordingly.

Am I covered by insurance?

Yes, all our activities are covered by insurance. Please see our gallery for a copy of our certificate. We guarantee a high standard of guiding care but all clients must be aware and accept that any outdoor activity can involve a certain risk of danger and personal injury. Please ensure to complete our activity questionnaire to give to your guide in advance of your activity. See below.
