1.Climb Lugnaquilla, starting from Glenmalure and climbing up the Fraughan Glen to the summit and returning by Arts Lough. A moderate to difficult hike with wonderful views of Glenmalure valley, Derrybawn, Mullachor and beyond to the Irish sea. 5-6 hours duration. Starting Point is 1 hour 15 mins from Dublin.
2. Starting from Glendalough we ascend the railway sleepers to the Spink, continue to the summit of Mullachor and return by the DerryBawn ridge. Great views of both Glendalough and Glenmalure valleys, Log na coille,Table and Camennabologue mountains. 4-5 hours duration. Starting Point 1 hour from Dublin.
3. From the Glencree Valley we ascend Maulin mountain, descend to GlenSoulan and continue to the summit of Djouce mountain. Top class views of Powerscourt waterfall, Glencree Valley, Fancy mountain and lough Tay. 5 hours. Starting Point 45 mins from Dublin.
4. Scarr and Brown Mountain. Meet in the picturesque village of Roundwood. Ascend the slopes of Scar mountain enjoying magnificent views of Lough Dan , Knocknacloghogue mountain the far off Lugala Estate. Return by Brown mountain with views across to Tonlagee and Fancy mountain. 4 Hours.
5. Wicklow way. This 127 km long trail runs through Wicklows National Park. It covers mountain , moor and bog. Enjoy any stages of the trek with our guide in this special area of conservation.
